Exterior aesthetic Improvements: A Full Abflug Revolfe Type 2 bodykit consists of: High quality
Vented bonnet, front bumper, side skirts and rear vents, rear bumper and rear wing's additional
foil. A full set of unmarked 18" Abflug Revolfe 5 Spoke forged lightweight alloys also adourn this
car, complete with sports tyres of size 245/40/ZR18 & 265/35/ZR18. The bodykit has been
carefully colour coded then fitted to high standards. An HKS front mounted Intercooler fills the
centre of the front bumper - and adds class and purpose to the car, combined with resultant aids
to performance from cooler inlet temperatures that results when driving. Note that the original
headlights have not faded or yellowed, but are in excellent condition. There are coloured sidelight
bulbs fitted. Abflug's original logos and slogans are proudly displayed on the bonnet and doors
too. There's also a small warning on the fuel filler cap regarding grades of fuel, as well as a gold

Free Toyota RAV4 CV 3-door manual
It’s ten years since the first RAV4 appeared
on the scene. Combining car like performance
and dynamics with off road capability t e

cheeky looking Toyota became an instant hit.
A new market emerged and compact SUV’s
were here to stay. In 2000 an all new RAV4
arrived to carry on the original’s success.
Since its launch in 1994 more than 1.6 million
have been sold and today against increased
competition it is still one of the best sellers in
its category.
Now fitted with a more powerful 2.4 litre –
120kW engine (up 10kW) the range comprises
four models starting with the CV 3door and
5door priced at $28,390 and $31,290, moving
up to the 3door and 5door Cruiser at $33,490
and $36,490. Add $2,000 for automatic
transmission and $240 for metallic paint.
Standard equipment on the CV 3door tested
includes air-conditioning, cruise control,
power steering, power windows, single stack –
four speaker CD player plus a body colour
spare wheel cover. Dual airbags are standard
fitment for the CV but ABS brakes are not
available. For those you will have to step up to
the Cruiser model which also has an optional
$2,700 Safety Pack consisting of Brake Assist,
traction control, VSC (vehicle stability
control) plus side and curtain airbags.
With its heavily sculpted lines and short
overhangs the current RAV4 builds on the
original’s distinctive style. Inside the
dashboard is more reminiscent of a sports car
than a 4wd. A deep binnacle houses the
instruments while the audio and climate
controls are mounted within easy reach in the
wide centre dash panel.

Estimated Installation Time: 40-60 Minutes
Tools Required:
-Philips head screwdriver and flat head screwdriver
-Bench vise
-10mm, 12mm, and 13mm Socket and ratchet
-Needle nose pliers
-Punch
1. Unscrew the stock shift knob by
rotating it counter clockwise.
2. Use a Philips head screwdriver to
remove the 2 screws on either side of
the console just behind the shift boot.
Sliding the seats fully rearward allows
easy access to these screws.

installation.
It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to wear
safety glasses at all times when performing this instal-
lation.
It is the customers/installers responsibility to read and
understand all steps before installation begins. If you
have any questions or concerns, please contact our
technical department @ (801) 280-2777. Also, the OEM
manual should be used as a reference guide.
This vehicles reaction and handling characteristics
may differ from standard cars and/or trucks.
Modifications to improve and/or enhance off road per-
formance may raise the intended center of gravity.
Extreme caution must be utilized when encountering
driving conditions which may cause vehicle imbalance
or loss of control. DRIVE SAFELY! Avoid abrupt
maneuvers: such as sudden sharp turns which could
cause a roll over, resulting in serious injury or death.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure that a
re-torque is performed on all hardware associated with
this suspension system after the first 100 miles of
installation. It is also the customers responsibility to
do a complete re-torque after every 3000 miles or after
every off road use.
After the original installation, Tuff Country EZ-Ride
Suspension also recommends having the alignment
checked every 6 months to ensure proper tracking,
proper wear on tires and front end components. Tuff
Country EZ-Ride Suspension takes no responsibility
for abuse, improper installation or improper suspen-
sion maintenance.
If you desire to return your vehicle to stock, it is the
customers responsibility to save all stock hardware.

Note: 1) apply grease to the metal contact areas of pivot, sleeve, and cylinder rod 2) Use the torque specified by the
Toyota service manual for tightening the flywheel bolts. (Tighten the flywheel bolts with 5Kg-m torque first, then the
bolts further by 90 degrees.)
(1) Before removing the clutch oil hose from the slave cylinder, check if you can push the piston of the slave cylinder
manually by your hand. If you can push it, the free travel is fine. If you cannot, the free travel is not sufficient
( negative ). Please adjust the free travel level by referring to the attachment “Clutch pedal free travel adjustment”.
(2) Check the parts which are possibly worn out (like the piston of master cylinder.) If necessary, replace them with new
parts.

KEY FEATURES
The PA12-TOY interface connects the iPod or iPod mini directly to Toyota audio system. Its on-board software translates

IMDS manual for Toyota options Version 1.1 1. Introduction manual
1. Introduction
This manual is intended to explain to Toyota’s suppliers what are Toyota’s
options in IMDS. This means it is not a complete training manual for the International
Material Data System.
Those options need to be used by Toyota’s Tier 1 suppliers but also by Tier 2,
Tier 3, … So, Toyota strongly recommend the Tier 1 suppliers to pass the information
to Tier 2 suppliers and so on. If Tier 2 suppliers did not follow Toyota’s requirements,
Tier 1 suppliers will have to correct the data before submitting the datasheets to Toyota
Motor Corporation (TMC, ID number 10674).
Concerning the structure of the datasheets, Toyota would like its suppliers to
follow the recommendations set up by the car manufacturers (see the chapter
“Recommendation” in the menu after login in IMDS). Those documents explain to the
users:
the general structure of a datasheet and the different fields to fill in,
how to build a datasheet for:
• complex parts (like circuit boards, wire harnesses, …),
• coated metal sheets and coated components,
• fasteners,
